We had the pleasure of doing a group surfing lesson for our family including my husband, and our two daughters, ages 10 and 12. We were picked up at our resort by Rafael and Armando who were very welcoming. Our youngest daughter was a bit anxious about surfing but we very quickly realized how safe it was in the area of the beach they taught us.

I have had surf lessons in other countries but this was a great place to surf. We were a mixed group of 8, some who had surfed and others that were beginners. After our initial introduction to surfing on shore we then headed to the section of the beach with appropriate waves. Everyone was successful.
