This was our first time in DR and when we booked our hotel I mistakenly booked the Greencoast hotel instead of the beach. The front desk agent Noelys was very caring and understanding. She went above and beyond to find us a room as she was sympathetic that we had been traveling for 12 hours and the last thing we wanted to do was call another taxi. She provided us breakfast everyday and booked us a tour to Santo Domingo. On the tour we were in a Spanish speaking only group which made it impossible to understand. The Noelys called and got it switched. She also checked on us throughout the day. The location is right on the beach which is really nice and has some excellent restaurants with in walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here due to the professional customer service and location.
